Procedures for hotel reservation:
* Contact SPTUR (by e-mail or
telephone) to confirm room availability
* Fill out the registration form
* Select payment form and follow the instructions
* Send the form and your credit card data by fax 16 3911-1292
or e-mail eventos@sptur.com.br
Reservation conditions:
* Payment receipts must be sent by fax, e-mail or common
mail within 48h after making the reservations. If not, reservations
will be automatically cancelled.
* Reservations will only be considered if accompanied by
the registration form and payment receipt.
* If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 07 (seven)
days before arrival, an administrative fee of R$ 40.00 will
be charged. If canceled less than 07 (seven) days before
your arrival, a fee of R$ 40.00 will be charged together
with the amount corresponding to 01 (one) day of hotel accommodation
in the selected room type.
* Any reimbursements will be made 30 days after the event
through a bank deposit.
Fees subject to readjustments.
* For triple apartments and other hotel options, please
contact SPTUR.
If
you need a different accommodation period from the "Hotel
JP" package, please contact SP TUR.
